深化美墨友誼　促進經貿合作　為休斯敦搭建國際交流新橋樑

今天上午，我很榮幸應邀出席墨西哥駐美國大使 Roberto Lazzeri Montaño（羅伯托・拉澤里・蒙塔尼奧）閣下舉行的早餐會，與政府官員、外交使節、工商領袖及社區代表齊聚一堂，共同交流美墨兩國未來合作與發展的新契機。

美國與墨西哥不僅是近鄰，更是彼此極為重要的經濟與貿易夥伴。尤其對德州及休斯敦而言，墨西哥與我們在地理、經貿、能源、投資、文化及人文交流方面，都有著十分深厚而密切的關係。

此次早餐會提供了一個非常寶貴的交流平台。我們就國際貿易、投資、科技、教育、觀光及文化交流等領域交換意見，也期待未來能進一步促進墨西哥與休斯敦工商企業之間的合作。

身為美南新聞集團董事長及休斯敦國際貿易中心創辦人，我深信休斯敦可以發揮更重要的國際角色，成為連接墨西哥、美國乃至世界市場的重要橋樑。

Invited to Attend a Breakfast Meeting with Mexican Ambassador Roberto Lazzeri Montaño

Strengthening U.S.–Mexico Relations and Building New Bridges for Trade and Cooperation

This morning, I was honored to attend a special breakfast meeting with His Excellency Roberto Lazzeri Montaño, Ambassador of Mexico to the United States, together with government officials, diplomats, business leaders, and community representatives.

The gathering provided an important opportunity to exchange views on strengthening the longstanding relationship between the United States and Mexico, particularly in the areas of international trade, investment, technology, education, tourism, and cultural exchange.

Mexico is one of the United States’ most important economic and trading partners. For Houston and Texas, our relationship with Mexico is especially significant because of our geographic proximity, strong business connections, and deep cultural ties.

As Chairman of Southern News Group and Founder of the Houston International Trade Center, I believe Houston can play an even greater role as a gateway connecting Mexico, the United States, and the international marketplace.

I look forward to continuing our dialogue with Ambassador Roberto Lazzeri Montaño and our friends in Mexico, expanding cooperation and creating new opportunities for our communities.

Together, we can build stronger bridges of friendship, trade, and prosperity between Mexico and the United States.
