Commissioner Sid Miller Leads Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony, Honorary Commissioner Attends Celebration

[Dallas, September 26, 2025] — Bathed in the golden glow of an autumn morning, Fair Park in Dallas came alive with festive cheer as the GO TEXAN Pavilion, hosted by the Texas Department of Agriculture, was officially unveiled.
