Requirements & Qualifications:

1.Education: Bachelor in human resources  or business administration, or a related field.

2.Experience: 2~5 years.

3.Knowledge & Skills:

HR Expertise:

A comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices is critical. 

Legal Compliance:

You must have a strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. 

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and conflict management abilities, are necessary. 

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills are important for managing employee data and ensuring compliance.
