2025年8月，位於美国德州休斯顿的美南新闻集团（Southern News Group）与全球 AI 电商创新品牌 Xavvi 正式宣佈携手合作，成立「AI 营销工作室」（AI Marketing Studio），并在美南新闻总部——环球第一银行金融大厦内设立创新基地。这一举措象徵传统媒体与前沿科技的深度融合，為休斯顿及全美内容创作者、媒体人与创业者开啟全新的发展机遇。
